We have a 3-day return and exchange for a like item policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return that will be exchanged for a like item.
To be eligible for a return and exchange for a like item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the Philippines, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGE FOR LIKE ITEM
REFUNDS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED if there is an issue due to a manufacturing fault, or your item is damaged by our carrier during delivery.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED because you have changed your decision or purchased the wrong item (Unless the wrong item was sent by mistake).

Refunds/Exchange for a like Item
